What products do we offer?

We offer products from a carefully selected number of finance providers for Personal Contract Hire, Business Contract Hire, Finance Lease, Contract Purchase, Short Term Rental and servicing and maintenance contracts.

Which service will we provide you with?

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may seek personal information about your circumstances and objectives as this may be relevant to enable us to identify your needs and establish a line of credit. You will need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

What will you have to pay us for our services?

A deposit of £500.00 inc. VAT will be charged to reserve the vehicle and cover our administration costs. If you cancel after the cooling-off period, we will keep the deposit.

Who regulates us?

Bald Builders Vans is a trading style of Drivespeed Leasing Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our Financial Conduct Register number is 791845.

What to do if you have a complaint?

We intend to always provide you with a high standard of service. However, if we have not met your expectations and you would like to make a complaint, you can do so by contacting us directly by:

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.

We are a member of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA), and you may be entitled to use their Conciliation Service.
